Ways to Effectively Handle and Heal from Trauma

This picture is amazing, I loved the red sky. It does tell a picture of Good and Evil. Look chooser and you can see the battle, that is going on for ours souls. Amen

I live somewhere in florida and It has been flooded so many times. I have been in many floods, but this one topped them all. I think because everyone is waking up to the old battle between Good and evil. Evil seems harder to escape.

Well, I would love to tell you that, I did very well during this time. I kept the faith, cried and was so exhausted. I cryed in the tub many times. It was so eye opening. I prayed to God and He said in my mind, Child the evil has always been here.

Look at me going on the donkey, Palm Branch’s waving at me Jesus stated. Just like scriptures say's.

The demons and evil people when're all yelling at me too. Wake up and Get to work in my kingdom and tell other’s how to be free and come back to God Jesus for forgiveness of sins, only through Jesus.

I started to study the PSALMS again, Psalms of our Pilgrimage on Earth.

I can understand Trauma. Its like a wave coming over you and now you only see in front of your face. One time, I saw screenshots in front of my face, like I was reviewing all my work. I had to do. How, do I climb out of this hole.

I started to see how GOD wanted me to think like Him and Forgive and ask for strength from Jesus only. I had to be in connection all the time. Drawing strength and peace from my Creator. I was talking to him and asking him to set my course for the day.

We where so busy redoing homes that flooded. No rest for 5 months.

God did give us some blessings. We had lonely neighbors who gave us housing ( Blessing from GOD) and friends who brought us food, AMEN.

Under this trauma we looked for strength and we were frozzen in time. We felt the weight of uncertainty. Trouble all around ( three rented cars, contractors not being honest , many floods from contractors, dis appearing workers???)

BOOK 4 Psalms 90: 5-6

One Day we will each be swept away into the sleep of Death. We glide along through the tides of Time___ so quickly gone, like a dream that fades at dawn.

For all of our faults and flaws are in full view to you.

Jesus said to me , a quite thought? Thats why I had to come.

Psalm 90:7 Jesus has come and broken the curse and lifted the unbearable burden of our sins.!!!

I had to look up and praise God for his blessing of eternal life.

I had to ask Jesus to forgive my sins personally.

I pray GOD will guide you into all Peace. Just trust JESUS.He is the path to over come this world.!!!
