Natural foods are the best recipe for a healthy lifestyle. I try to eat organic when I can.




2 TBSP HONEY

6 fresh lemons/ press the juice

1 bulb garlic (whole) but peeled

2 tsp ground ginger root

3 c pineapple juice

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper









Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  1. Store in a glass (this is better) jar in the cold refrigerator.

  2. Take 1 CUP. 4 times a day until symptoms are healed and or resolved.

  3. This helps with your immune system building powerful alkaline in your body. All we have to do is to try and eat clean and have a healthy life style. ABOUT THE GARLIC BULB I was not sure if a bulb of garlic is a single clove or an entire head. So I looked it up Garlic is often sold as a whole bulb, covered with papery white skin. A garlic bulb, also know as head of garlic, is made up of individual lobes that are attached to the main root.

......I would start with a Garlic bulb (the whole bulb). When using garlic or onions in anything.

It’s wonderful because they are a natural antibodies.

This is one thing also that I learned about onions and or Garlic.


It is important to cut/slice/grind Onions and Garlic, then let set 10 min before using to release their healing properties.
