Come into the Presence of God

Prayer is the great Means by which Christians come into the presence of God, To worship him.

Through Prayer we can talk To our Heavenly Father and receive from Him Guidance, and the help to have strength for our daily needs.

The best Thing we can do for our selves, Is to have regular Bible and prayer time. It's the personal time Spent with God, that can get you through many situations.

The most powerful and influential person in the world is the Christian who knows how to Pray and get his Prayers answered.

If we wish to prayer in this way must follow carefully the instructions of God’s Word.

Of Course, we have to have help from the Holy Spirit inside you.

When we receive Christ for forgiveness of sins. God Gave us the Holy Spirit inside so we can now have power from on high.

A direct link to a loving Father who cares. Prayer.

Let’s look in this Study for ways to help with our Prayer and Worship.

• In whose prayer does the Lord Delight? (Prov.15:8) ESV

“The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord, but the prayer of the upright is his delight.” Prayer of the upright.

• What kind of prayer produces great results?? James 5:16 ESV

“Therefore confess your sins( trespasses) to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

Confession is an everyday process. We are adopted into the family, Of God when we freely receive the gift of salvation.

It must be a personal confession in your heart, That you want forgiveness and repent come back under God’s Guidance. It’s really freeing.

• If we wish God to hear our prayers, what 2 things must we do???John 9:31

• Worship God and Do God’s Will

• Access only through Christ. ( As sinners, we can be reconciled to God only through the propitiatory sacrifice and the mediator ministry of Christ. Because of this we come to God through the name and the blood of Jesus.

We must have the right approach and the right motive's, Through worship, thanksgiving, and Praise.

In whose name should we pray, and with what Motive.? John 14:13

In the name of Jesus, for God to be Glorified.

What can hinder the answer’s to our prayer’s?

Psalm 66:18, James 1:6-7,James 4:3,1. Peter 3:7

If we regard iniquity in our heart, if we waver and do not ask in Faith, If we ask amiss, to gratify our own lusts. A wrong relationship between husband and wife These are some things that hinder are prayer.

In order to over come Satanic/ evil forces, what must we do.

Mark 9 :29

NKJ “This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer And fasting.

An evil spirit of this kind, can only come out by fasting and prayer.

Most Bibles take out the fasting part. It must be to powerful, because it works.

MARK 9 ( records a remarkable episode of Jesus casting out an evil spirit that the disciples were previously unable to cast out.

Jesus teaching about the importance of Faith. Jesus say that that demon could only come out with prayer and fasting. It was a powerful one.

Jesus rebuked the crowd for their unbelief.

Jesus was matter-of-fact: "Embrace this God- life. Really embrace it, and nothing will be too much for you. That's why I urge you to pray for absolutely everything, ranging from small to large. Include everything as you embrace this God-life, and you'll get God's everything. And when you assume the posture of prayer, remember that it's not all asking. If you have anything against someone,

forgive-only then will your heavenly Father be“If you can,” adding that all things are possible for the believing one. The man believed and was healed.

We must believe that we receive at the time of prayer, we must forgive anyone, Because it is a gateway into The dark realm. God will forgive us.

Jesus did say that some only come out with only prayer and fasting.

Let’s not give in to the dark side of resentment and bitterness.

When Does God said to pray. Evening, morning, Noon..always , without ceasing.

In Matt 6:6 If we are praying alone, what does Jesus tell us to do???

You see God Loves His Children to spend time with him.

“Enter into your house or closet and shut the door, and pray to thy Father which is in secret shall reward thee openly”

Jesus did talk about rewards in Heaven. How does Jesus say that this kind of prayer will be rewarded? Our Heavenly Father will reward us openly.!!
