I have learned that I can have control over my thoughts and try to take everything under Jesus. It’s really hard, especially when body chemistry gets involved.
Try to see if the thoughts are bad and you are worried, don’t give it any attention ;;;;;;;;; replace these bad thoughts and worries with Good.
So you will not give the devil an opportunity to get control of your life.
I just thought I had to deal and pray these thoughts away but they came back .You see the other side wants to mess you up. Release it and give back only: REPLACE WITH HOPE, SEE THE BLUE SKY and the blessing and see how fast. They will flee. Bad always needs fire to burn. Think of beaches and read GODS word the psalms. Try this next time you have a struggle. I always try and forgive right away.
Lord help me, I give you this bad, I will not give in to any bad thoughts.
I don’t give them any power in my life. Or control.
That means you have to forgive and forget, It's the power we have in Jesus Christ. If we can’t forgive ask GOD the Holy Spirit in you now. He will help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you are troubled by temptation remember:::::::::
GOD is ALWAYS GOOD
Evil is ALWAYS BAD.

When you are tempted. He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it “””””””( 1 Corinthians 10:13)
You may think that you are the only one who is tempted, but all Believers go through similar tests. Temptation is not a sin.
Even Christ was tempted (Hebrews 4:15) . The sin comes only when you give into the temptation.
To over come temptation, take the problem to God immediately, before it has a chance to take root. Please deep roots of bitterness grow in your soul. We must get them all out.

Make sure you change your mind to Godly things and life that is beautiful.
It works read the psalms and tell the battle to go away. Talk to yourself. said I’am in Godly thought now. Replacement is the key or you can drive yourself crazy, Like me, It takes practice.

Rely on its promises whenever you are tempted.

The Way Of Escape
We all experience times of testing which is normal for every Human being. But God will be faithful to you. He will screen and filter the severity and timing of every test or trials you face so that you can bear it. And each test is an Opportunity to trust him more, for along with every trail, God has Provided for you a way of ESCAPE that will bring you out of it VICTORIOUSLY.
